According to the company, the campaign reflects growing demand for economical mobility as global fuel prices continue to fluctuate.

Yamaha claims the RayZR Hybrid delivers a mileage of 71.33 kmpl, significantly higher than the typical 40–45 kmpl offered by conventional 125cc scooters. This improvement, the brand says, can translate into meaningful long-term savings for daily commuters.

Powering the scooter is a 125cc Blue Core, air-cooled, fuel-injected engine that produces 8.2 PS of power and 10.3 Nm of torque. At the core is Yamaha’s Smart Motor Generator (SMG), which provides power assist during acceleration and uphill riding.

This hybrid setup is designed to enhance performance without compromising fuel efficiency. The scooter also features an automatic Stop & Start system and fuel injection technology to minimize fuel wastage, particularly in stop-and-go urban traffic.

Weighing just 99 kg, the RayZR is among the lightest scooters in its segment, contributing to easier handling in congested city conditions. Additional features include Bluetooth-enabled Y-Connect connectivity, a side-stand engine cut-off function, and 21 liters of under-seat storage.

As part of the campaign, Yamaha Nepal has also introduced a new ownership benefit, offering five years of free servicing for customers purchasing the RayZR Hybrid from Chaitra 1, 2082.

In terms of pricing, the RayZR Hybrid Drum Standard is priced at Rs. 2,83,900, while the Disc Deluxe variant costs Rs. 3,12,900. The RayZR Hybrid Premium is available for Rs. 3,16,900, and the Premium Plus variant is priced at Rs. 3,20,900.

Meanwhile, the RayZR 125 FI Street Rally Hybrid lineup includes the SR Hybrid (Orange) at Rs. 3,32,900 and the SR Hybrid Premium (Light Grey Vermillion and Cyber Green) at Rs. 3,34,900.

"This campaign is the voice of thousands of satisfied riders who have already crossed the 71.33 kmpl mark in their daily lives," says Deepak Kumar Agrawal, Executive Director and CEO of Yamaha Nepal. "By combining this record-breaking mileage with five years of free maintenance, we are removing the 'cost of worry' from the ownership experience."
